The double room is cosy and has an iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Special thanks to accommodating staff for making my stay a such great experience.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling.
The ants in the room were everywhere, completely unacceptable. The bathroom had water leaks, and the glass door of the shower was not fixed properly. There was a general lack of attentive service, made things even more disappointing.

The location is superb, sitting on a hill with amazing views of Kandy 🌄. Rooms are clean, and the breakfast spread is both generous and delicious, with unique Sri Lankan options every day.

The hotel has issues with ants that can be bothersome, and you might find the location a bit hard to access due to the steep hills-especially if you have heavy bags or mobility concerns. WiFi only works in the common areas, and the showers can get a bit moldy due to poor ventilation.

The Quadruple Room with Lake View at Kingsman House was super cozy! The bed was really comfy, and the views were just amazing. The place felt clean, and the decor gave a homey vibe. His place was amazin! Kingsman house got a beautiful view and the room was super clean and comfy. Also the staff was really friendly and helped us a lot. Breakfast was delicious too, really loved the sri lankan options. Wish we coulda stayed longer!
The location is a bit up hill which can be hard if u got heavy bags. They dont have dinner options so make sure to eat before your arrive.

We really enjoyed the comforts of this colonial hotel. the staff was affable and amazingly nice, even helped with everything we needed. the venue had an amazing location a few meters away from Rajapihilla.

The Quadruple Room with Lake View was cozy with comfy beds and amazing views. There were beautiful common areas, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Privacy was great with a private bathroom and entrance. Loved the air conditioning and amenities like the minibar and tea/coffee maker.
